Breakfast:
You need to prepare 2 boiled eggs, and a glass of tomato juice.

For Day 3’s Lunch:
You need to prepare a glass of green tea, boiled 2 egg whites, and 120g of red meat.

For Day 3’s Dinner:
You need to prepare 2 baked potatoes, green salad, and a glass of green tea.
