Skin tags are benign tumor composed of core fibers, ducts and various cell types covered by skin. It is unclear why they develop or the correlation a skin tag has with the aging process.
Skin tags often appear post midlife, most often at those parts of the body where skin rubs against skin. The most common sites of skin tags are eyelids, under the breasts, arm pits, and upper chest.
They’re so common that 40% of all adults will get them at some point in their life. Though these extra pieces of skin are harmless, it can become uncomfortable under clothing or during everyday activities.
Experts say that skin tags will drop off after two to three weeks once being treated with this effective and cost-free remedy.
Apple cider vinegar is very effective in removing skin tags. Apply some vinegar to a cotton ball and apply it to the skin tag, after couple of days you will notice the color . Use it for 2-4 weeks until the tag goes away.
Apple cider vinegar can be mildly irritating, so wash and rinse the treated area after each application to protect the surrounding skin.
Knowing more about safely removing skin tags is important, especially if you want to look good and feel more confident.
